  The personell are knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife and I purchased 1 iPhone 7 each and 1 iPad each. Worked with us and stayed a little after closing putting information from our old phones onto the new. Also with the iPad, matching our phones. I went back a couple of times with what I thought was a problem, not for them they took care of me and made we feel good each time. Patrick my saales person always made me feel my problems were nothing. The group seem to work together. Patrick suggested were purchase the bodyguardz glass for the phones. I'm glad he did as my phone feel and Dr the bodyguardz broke and it was replaced already. I want to thank Patrick, Sammy, Eric and Laura for all their help. I high recommend this store for all your AT&T needs.
