  My wife and I visited Exceptional Urgent Care today (May 10, 2018) as it was our first visit. The staff was nice and they were not too crowded, so the wait was reasonable (approx 30-40 minutes). Dr. Im was impressive. As a physician myself, I was surprised that he took the time to educate my wife about her health concerns. He was down-to-earth and shared personal experiences to make his recommendations stick in our minds. I can honestly say that Dr. Im truly cares about good health and is effective in his approach to caring for patients. His staff scheduled diagnostic tests in a nearby lab for us. I highly recommend this clinic for any of your immediate health concerns. I am grateful for the time we spent together.
