  I had prices, insurance and third party payment set and signed off for by manager. Procedure was done within 2-3 weeks. I set last payment with the third party financing and we were done. Not really? They called saying that they had issue with insurance. I called insurance and insurance company said they did not submit. I mentioned this to Aspen twice. Now they added a new bill for $3k+. Reporting them to better business bureau and may have to proceed legally.

  I am huge on reviews and I always check reviews before I go anywhere. Aspen dental was AMAZING!!! All the employees were extremely nice and professional. They had all my questions answered. I don't have anything bad to say about this place in the Villages. I was very pleased with this dental service at Aspen!
