  We used MONICA PEIDL as a property manager for two years. The First year she was okay, I would give her a 3 out of 5. The second year she was very very poor as a communicator. Did not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. Did not rent our home during the highest demand times of the year. Always excuses and promises. We were patient, but when she avoided every attempt to communicate, we found other property managers who responded immediately, rented our house immediately, and we are now rented through next year. Our neighbors tried to communicate to her and found her "polite" but curt. There are plenty of wonderful people in the villages to work with. RUN from Monica.
